How we handle product compliance
Cosmetics
Regulation (EC) 1223/2009
Every cosmetic product is covered by a notification in the Cosmetic Products Notification Portal, made by its responsible person.
Food supplements
Directive 2002/46/EC
Every food supplement is notified for the markets in which it is offered, where notification is required.
Labelling and product safety
Regulation (EU) 2023/988
Before a product goes on sale we check that its labelling, its warnings and the details of the responsible economic operator are present and legible.
Language
Product information (ingredients, quantities, directions for use and warnings) is provided in the language of the market where the product is sold.
Claims
Regulation (EC) 1924/2006
Our own claims stay within those the Regulation authorises, and no product is presented as a substitute for medical advice.
What we do not sell
Medicines, medical devices, and any product that requires a prescription or pharmacy supervision.
A product we cannot evidence as compliant does not go on sale.
